1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting, scheduling, or using any service provided by Ridewell Cargo LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Ridewell Cargo LLC provides expedited medical logistics services, including but not limited to organ and tissue transport, blood product delivery, bio-specimen transport, and high-value medical equipment transport across Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, and Colorado.

All services are subject to availability, applicable law, and the specific terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to licensed healthcare facilities, hospitals, laboratories, medical practices, and other authorized medical organizations. By engaging our services, you represent that you are authorized to request the transport of the cargo described and that all applicable permits, authorizations, and consents have been obtained.

4. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided by Ridewell Cargo LLC are estimates based on the information available at the time of the request. Final pricing may vary based on actual pickup and delivery locations, cargo type, handling requirements, distance, and urgency. Pricing is confirmed prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Booking and Dispatch

Transport requests are accepted by phone at (480) 470-0000 or by email at Info@ridewellcargo.com. A booking is confirmed only when acknowledged by a Ridewell Cargo dispatcher. Submission of a quote request form does not constitute a confirmed booking.

For time-critical shipments, clients are strongly encouraged to call dispatch directly to ensure the fastest possible response.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

      • Providing accurate pickup and delivery information at the time of booking

      • Ensuring cargo is properly packaged, labeled, and ready for transport at the agreed pickup time

      • Disclosing all relevant handling, temperature, and compliance requirements prior to dispatch

      • Obtaining any necessary authorization for the release and transport of the cargo

      • Ensuring an authorized recipient is available at the delivery location

Ridewell Cargo LLC is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss resulting from inaccurate information, improper packaging, or failure to meet these responsibilities.

    7. HIPAA and Compliance

Ridewell Cargo LLC operates in compliance with HIPAA, TSA air cargo security requirements, and OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards. Clients agree not to share PHI beyond what is strictly necessary to complete the transport, and to do so only through secure, authorized channels.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable healthcare privacy laws when engaging our services.

    8. Chain of Custody

Ridewell Cargo LLC maintains documented chain-of-custody records for all shipments, including pickup and delivery signatures. Clients acknowledge that these records are the authoritative log of transport activity and agree to cooperate in their completion at pickup and delivery.

    9. Insurance and Liability

Ridewell Cargo LLC carries $250,000 in medical cargo insurance and $1,000,000 in general liability insurance. Our liability for any loss, damage, or delay is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the cargo or the applicable coverage limit.

    We are not liable for:

        • Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control

        • Loss or damage resulting from improper packaging or labeling by the Client

        • Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages of any kind

        • The viability or condition of biological materials that do not survive transport due to pre-existing condition

      10. Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated to dispatch as early as possible. Cancellations made after a driver has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee. Specific cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

      11. Force Majeure

Ridewell Cargo LLC shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders, road closures, civil unrest, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will notify the Client as soon as reasonably possible and work to identify an alternative solution.

      12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

      13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

      14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
