Ridewell Cargo LLC was founded on a simple premise: hospitals and healthcare providers need a logistics partner they can trust without question. Organ transplants don’t wait for business hours. Blood products can’t tolerate a missed temperature window. Equipment failures can’t wait for a standard freight slot.
From our base in Chandler, Arizona, we built our operations around TSA certification, HIPAA compliance, and bloodborne pathogen training, the specific infrastructure required to move organs, blood products, bio-specimens, and high-value medical equipment safely, on time, every time.
Today we operate across six Western states, but the standard hasn’t changed: every shipment is treated as if it’s the only one that matters.

Every Ridewell driver completes TSA security awareness training, HIPAA privacy protocols, and OSHA/AHA bloodborne pathogen certification before they’re cleared to carry medical cargo. This isn’t a one-time onboarding checkbox, it’s a standard we re-certify against on a regular basis.
Each shipment moves under continuous GPS monitoring with a documented chain of custody from pickup signature to delivery signature, so the people relying on that shipment always know exactly where it is.
